“This collection was inspired by Jerrod’s love of diamonds, but it takes his affinity for gorgeous, multi-dimensional shine a step further. Pretty Rich showcases Jerrod’s appreciation for the deep and luxurious color, shine, and glimmer of multi-colored gemstones. He designed this collection to incorporate a variety of shades, textures, and finishes—just like real precious stones of every color. ”
The whole Pretty Rich Colletion has 8 items, from a cute convertible hand mirror to a glitter mask infused with REAL GOLD.
I’d like to start with High Shine Lip Glosses, there are 6 shades in total: Sunset Crush(Peach pink glittery), All the stars(pink, blue violet reflux glitter), Social butterfly by Jordyn Woods(apricot nude with pink and gold glitter), Pretty penny(Chai with gold and sliver glitter), 401K(Electric violet with pink, purple and sliver glitter) and Raisin the Roof(Raspberry with sliver glitter).
These lip glosses are the most pigmented high shine lip glosses compare to others I’ve ever tried, also the most light-weighted! When the first or two glides on the lips, I knew I love it already! IT’S NON-STICKY with a good coverage, plus once you open the tubes they smell like cotton candy or maybe vanilla bean, I couldn’t tell the exact smell but it is something AMAZING!!!
They do transfer a little bit but the lasting power is pretty decent for lip glosses. I either wear it alone or layered it on top of a matte lippie, but for me even when I wear it alone I like to use it with a lip pencil, just to ensure its longevity also give it a more sultry look. *For review purpose, I didn’t use any lip pencil on my swatches.
Overall I really enjoy these glosses and actually everything from The Pretty Rich collection! I will update more swatches, hopefully before The PRETTY MESS (an upcoming new Too Faced collection).
